Is SIR a member of any recognised Moving Association?

Quality Control
Does SIR have any certification for Quality?
Yes. SIR is a member of FIDI. The FIDI Global Alliance has developed Quality Management Programmes to cover over 200 pre-defined quality requirements. The "FAIM" certification ensures all FIDI-FAIM companies are autited and certified on a regular basis. SIR was awarded TOP Performer in in our last audit. What Services do you provide?
We provide door to door services for Domestic, International and Commercial Moving. Read here for more information on Domestic and International Moves.
Is this Door to Door?
Yes, this is door to door. We are a full serviced mover. Our quote includes the SURVEY, PACKING MATERIALS, COMPLETE COORDINATION from Origin to Destination and our Complimentary MOVEPREP. Read more about MOVEPREP here.
Is your Survey Complimentary?
Yes it is.
What types of Survey do you offer?
We offer on-site physical surveys and virtual video surveys.
Do you offer services such as handyman, piano and cleaning services?
Yes, we provide all ancillary services through specialist 3rd party providers.
Can you handle speciality items like ART?
Yes, we can.
Can you provide temporary and long-term storage?

Do you provide packing materials?
Yes we do. Our materials are specifc for the type of move and can be customised.
Do you ship small shipments?
Yes, we do. We offer both Groupage and LCL. We also offer AIR and AIR EXPRESS. For more information please email AMY.
