SIR HAS OBTAINED APPROVAL FROM  THE SINGAPORE GOVERNMENT TO CONTINUE WITH ALL MOVES SCHEDULED FOR APRIL 7th to MAY 4th during the Circuit Breaker.
ALL MOVES in MALAYSIA are on HOLD Pending Further Updates from the Malaysian Government.
Most office - based employees are telecommuting and can be contacted via email or their mobile numbers. We are continuing to support you and working to ensure moves are scheduled within the parameters allowed by the relevant authorities.
We are still quoting and providing rates.

Singapore is experiencing increased risk from COVID19 with WHO declaring that it is a global pandemic. THE SIR GROUP, SIR Move Services Singapore and Malaysia has developed Standard Operating Procedures in line with guidelines from the government authorities.

We will update this site regularly with relevant information as it unfolds. We seek your patience and understanding.

We are keeping the matter under careful review and will ensure that all customers are advised of any developments that may affect fulfilment of contracted services.

Measures for Packing Teams at Sites:

  • A health declaration is required prior to the start of all jobs at site

  • Currently, we are following requirements by MCST @ Condominiums for Temperature taking exercise.

  • Should you have specific requirements/concerns, please do share with your Move Manager and we will try to accommodate.

Measures for Dorscon RED/Work from home orders:

  • MOH has assured the public that they are not planning to raise the Dorscon level

  • However should a Work from Home order be issued, SIR has already put in place contingency plans to ensure business continuity and management of moves

  • Our business continuity is in line with MOH’s Guidelines

Measures for Workplace Health Management:

  • More frequent cleaning of areas with high human contact, such as counters where customers are served and rooms where visitors are hosted.

  • More frequent cleaning of general public access areas such as lifts, pantries, toilets, and bin areas.

  • Adopt the sanitation and hygiene advisories disseminated by the National Environmental Agency (NEA). NEA has also developed and released interim guidelines for cleaning and disinfecting areas exposed to confirmed cases of COVID-19, and provided a list of companies that can carry out disinfection works. These advisories have been disseminated to hotels, public and private transport operators, and F&B outlets, including hawker centres.
