Right up until the moving team arrives on moving day, your personal move managers will always be available for you to consult with.

During your Move Days, your Supervisor will be the main point of contact but rest assured that your move is being monitored closely by your Move Manager. The Supervisor provides timely updates and this ensures that your move will go according to the agreed move plan.

Regardless of where you are moving to, our single point of contact is available from start to finish. Should your shipment be moving to Asia, Australia, Europe, North or South America, rest assured that your Move Managers will be with you in spirit.

While your shipment will be packed with the utmost care by professional packers, unfortunately sometimes due to weather, movement on board the ship/aeroplane and handling at airports/ports, there could be some unintentional damages.

Do contact your Move Manager on the occasion that you should experience this and we will assist you with your claims process if you have Insured your shipment. Should you need storage at the destination do let us know.

We also offer Quick Quotes for busy professionals who rather provide us with an Inventory list or we can schedule a Virtual Video Survey at your convenience.
